FRANCISTOWN – The Ministry of Environment, Wildlife and Tourism has called for the release of its officers, who were arrested by Zimbabwean police two weeks ago.
Speaking in an interview, the deputy permanent secretary responsible for natural resources in the ministry, Mr Edmond Moabi said the arrest was unfortunate.
He said Zimbabwe should consider that the officers strayed their way into their country as the demarcation border line dividing the two countries was not visible.
