They want to stop govt from buying BP fuel storage facility

Some Cabinet Ministers may scuttle government plans to buy a British Petroleum (BP) fuel storage facility to augment its existing strategic facilities, it is alleged, arguing that the move would be a reversal of the privatization policy.

It is understood that Cabinet recently discussed the possibility of buying some BP services that are up for sale, especially a storage facility, and a task force has been set up to lobby BP top brass to sell.
