South Africa: Malema lies low after Zimbabwe trip

ANC Youth League leader Julius Malema, at the centre of a storm of accusations that his singing “Shoot the Boer” created a climate for the killing of AWB leader Eugene Terre’Blanche, is lying low after quietly returning to the country on Monday night.

Malema evaded reporters awaiting his flight from Harare at Joburg’s O R Tambo Airport, but he intended addressing a press conference about his visit to Zimbabwe tomorrow, league spokesman Floyd Shivambu said.
