Government against intolerence – Seretse

GABORONE – Botswana is deeply concerned about the little progress in the fight against racism which continues to be a menace to humanity.

Minister of Defence, Justice and Security, Mr Ramadeluka Seretse, said while strides had been made in other human rights issues, it appeared there was unsatisfactory progress against racism.

He was speaking at a High Level Segment of the 13th Session of Human Rights Council in Geneva today (March 2).
